Anti-inflammatory Golden Milk Elixir

This elixir is packed with anti-inflammatory and hormone-balancing properties with turmeric, maca, and ashwagandha.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder

  • 1/2 tsp maca powder

  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder

  • pinch of black pepper to activate the turmeric

  • honey as desired.

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth

  • Heat in a small pot on the stove until steaming

  • Pour into a mug and enjoy!
