No bake carrot cake power bites

Cinnamon is a great detox herb! It’s heating to the body so it will help wake up your digestion and aid in detoxification. It also helps boost your circulation because the warmth gets the blood flowing. Nutmeg is a wonderful digestive that helps with an array of digestive issues. And ginger is great for firing up digestion and drying if you feel any mucous forming.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated carrot (2-3 carrots)

  • 4 Tbsp of either almond flour, coconut flour, or GF flour

  • 4 pitted Medjool dates

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom

  • pinch of sea salt

  • If it seems dry you can add a bit of coconut oil.

Instructions

  • Grate the carrots, and squeeze excess juice through a cheesecloth or clean dish towel.

  • Add everything to high-speed food processor or blender

  • roll into 1” balls or press into a muffin tin using silicone or paper cup holders.

  • Place in freezer or fridge.

  • Enjoy!
